there's a gallery at the mall at the end of my morning walk. not a gallery gallery, but just a display of photographs, there's no real shop or store inside. for the longest time, the photos were of zoo animals, but this morning, i noticed that the display was changed to photos mostly in black and white of women, famous and not-so-famous, smoking cigarettes. there were 9 framed photos, four on either side, with this in a large frame possibly 36x48, in the centre. it was of a fully-made up supermodel -- it looks like linda evangelista to me -- in complete nunnery gear, although the beads were such an exaggeration, smoking a cigarette. i was quite taken by this photo and couldn't help but snap a photo. i think i will try this pov next time i do self-portraits.
then i wondered if the religious woke had seen this yet.
i should go around on the weekend and try to get some shots for the herzog artist challenge.
This is a bit shocking. I had to keep looking at it. I can see why you had to get a photo of it. Not sure the double exposure/reflection was intentional or not, but it adds some depth to the image.
I quite like this one and I think it would make a beautiful angle for your next selfie
