My Portmeirion Collection

Another indoor shot because it's been another dark wet miserable day and I've been indoors doing paperwork.
oooh ,, I am doing a quick checklist against your collection .. I can see a few gaps I need to fill for mine !! Don't despair . I am sure lighter , brighter days are on the way .

They are very attractive designs - though I must say I have got my eye on your giant daffodil!

@virtualbrownie That was an impulse buy many years ago when I really couldn't afford it but I've never regretted it. It's actually a very useful reading lamp.

I like the fact that a couple of little birds have crept into the display, they're fed up with the weather too!

@yogisue They don't really belong (they're Emma Bridgewater) and will be moved after our next day out to Portmeirion when hopefully I'll get two more plates. I will have to stop at some stage but just two more plates won't hurt.

Lovely gleaming shot. I must remember to get some shares in Portmeirion .. and obviously Bridgewater .. O and I need more wall-space.

@craig3f2 Thank you. Yes I collected it over quite a few years, much of it being bought by family as presents.

@pamelaclarke @pamelaclarke Wall-space is important. We'll have problems when we eventually downsize.

An amazing display. You have obviously added to it since I last saw it.

@foxes37 Yes and I really must stop. I'm running out of space for it all.
