I'm amazed how many photos I've taken from the doorstep, at different times of year, in different weather, in different directions etc. That's what this project does for you - makes you look at things differently.
@virtualbrownie Thank you virtualbrownie. I would never have attempted a shot like this, or even given it a thought, until I started this project last June. I've come a long way and I'm loving it.
@pamelaclarke Settings?? Settings???? I just pointed the camera and pressed the button! Oh, I did turn the flash off but other than that I wouldn't have a clue about settings. Just go for it.
@lynne53 There's just a very small window between it being too dark and too light. Seconds after I took this picture the moon disappeared behind the clouds and never reappeared. I was just lucky.
