Blue Hyacinths

My friend June bought these for me when I looked after Bella for a few days (absolutely no need of course!). I've been waiting to capture them at their best. I decided that today was the day. Aren't they beautiful? I wish you could smell them.

So lovely Sue .. and very pretty against the window ... but where is the rain ? I must admit my favourite colour for hyacinths is white .

@lynne53 Thank you Lynne. I was worried it wouldn't work with the basket on the windowsill but it did. I didn't use flash! It hasn't rained today but it's bitterly cold and it's been dark and gloomy all day.
