My Tower of London Poppies

This post is in response to Pat @happypat 's post and question yesterday. My poppies are on a windowsill in the living room. One poppy is for my great uncle who was only 19 when he died and therefore has no direct descendants. The other is for my grandfather. The poppies are surrounded by photos of my grandfather's grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and they are in a shell case brought back from WW2 by my Dad, his son. It's a different war of course but it seems appropriate. Thank you Pat @happypat for suggesting this post.
