Potato Flower

I'm always surprised that such a humble plant as a potato should have such a pretty flower. These are Charlotte potatoes (couldn't resist because of the name) growing in my potato bags.

Very pretty! I planted a few potatoes in a big planter for fun this year. I dug them this morning and got about a dozen the size of cherry tomatoes!
