With the chard I made chard, sweet potato and peanut stew and with the courgettes (actually only one of them) I made courgette and cheddar soda bread. Both were absolutely delicious and went together well. I hope I have enough chard and courgettes to make them again.
From your own garden ? I have my first banana pepper... the rest will take a while. Just started 2 weeks ago. Like all the shots, it is making me hungry.
