Charlotte had to make scones for Food Technology (which in my day was home Economics). Her Mum sent me this series of photos. Charlotte says that as soon as we can get together we'll make some together so that I can eat one (.......or two). She knows how much I love scones with jam and cream.
Such a lovely set of images going through the progress of scone making . Charlotte looks so competent and neat in her work and the finished results look so delicious . I nearly rushed yo the Kitchen to bake a batch ,but realised I had no cream to serve with them . !! As an ex food technology teacher -- A big fav to Charlotte !!
