Today a friend came to visit so we went to Hergest Croft to see the bluebells. Last week I posted a lot of pictures of bluebells so today I'm posting a picture this lovely green valley. It's taken from the same spot as one I posted a month ago https://365project.org/susiemc/album-1-year-5/2021-04-08 although I zoomed in a bit for this shot. It looks completely different. What a difference a month makes at this time of year.
The greens here are those yellow fresh spring greens and the trees are wearing that fine green lace that the just opening leaves give them. I love the way the trees look at this time. You can still see the structure but at the same time they look full of life unlike the stark bare winter branches.
