While I was out celebrating my friend's birthday with Afternoon Tea yesterday, Chris was busy at home making these scotch eggs from a recipe he found in the newspaper at the weekend. We had some for lunch today and they're delicious.
I was disappointed with this photo because of the reflection of the bright light in the cupboard above the oven but when I asked Chris if I could take the photo again I got a resounding 'NO'.
