For one reason or another (and laterly covid), it's been ages since I went out for coffee and a scone with jam and cream. As I am now (almost) back to my old self I met my friend Nicola at our favourite garden centre this morning. Nicola is my walking buddy but I don't feel quite ready to do a proper walk yet. I was very happy with this alternative.
Looks delicious, Sue! (I meant to comment on one of your earlier postings in which you and Chris went to Croft Castle and had toasted tea cake (new to me) and coffee. That sounded fabulous. You know how to do it!) Glad to hear that you are getting closer to being back to your old self!
