Chris and I were heading for Suffolk where we'd booked a holiday cottage for two weeks. On the way we stopped off to visit my very good friend Lis@foxes37. Lis and I have been friends since we were 12 years old and in the same class at Barnsley Girls High School. Lis introduced me to 365 and I posted my first photo that evening. The rest, they say, is history.
I've become passionate about photography and 365. I so enjoy being a part of the 365 community and sharing everyone's photos. I've learned such a lot from my 365 friends during these 5 years and not just about photography. Thank you all of you for commenting on my photos and for sharing your photos with me. Here's to the next 5 years.
So pleased you love the 365, Old Friend. It brings so much pleasure to those of us who like snapping away. You have taken some amazing photos over the years. And think of all those photos I took of our gang back in the 1960s. I still have them all.....in black and white!!
@foxes37 Thank you Lis and thank you for being the one who introduced me to 365. I’m really enjoying your holiday photos. It’s good to see you both having the sort of holiday you used to have before Rog had his brain hemorrhage. He looks well 😁.
Lovely shot of the two of you. Good old Barnsley, not too far away from where I was born. Although I left Yorkshire when I was 4 years old I still seem to have the accent. ha ha.
