While I am beavering away in my workshop producing steampunk objet d'art to sell on eBay, Kitty has really thrown her self into gardening and has become quite the horticulturalist. We have a chap who comes in once a week to do all the heavy digging and lifting for her, but over the past couple of years she has transformed our wayward jungles into a rather spectacular and magical wonderland full of flowers, dragons, fairies, green men (and women) and pretty twinkling coloured lights.
Everywhere we go now she has to drop into the local garden centre for a quick forage and usually comes out with a tray full of something or another.
At about 4pm, if the weather is good, we declare "wine o'clock" and reconvene on the patio to admire her hard work.
haha.....dear of you ! I do so love our garden and all the hard work me (and gardener Edgy) put in last year in clearing 14 years worth of overgrown shrubbery and bamboo grove is now paying off.
