There are many relics of Cornwall's industrial and mining heritage scattered about the landscape. I particularly this bit. Not sure what it is but it seems to have a certain aesthetic appeal for me.
I just like the way it's been seriously over engineered to last several lifetimes and is still standing proud and untarnished long after it has outgrown it's usefulness and most people have forgotten what it's original purpose was.
