I went down to the neighborhood pond to take a follow-up shot to the photo from October 4 when I promised to show the fall colors. Oops. Those were mostly evergreens in that picture. I did find some colors by turning to the left. This scene shows the fake swan that we float on the pond to scare away the Canada geese. The Canada geese are just to the right of this frame, and didn't seem very scared.
Never heard of using a fake swan against Canada Geese! Persistent beggars and very messy, not especially a fan unless they are flying, then they are beautiful. I did smile too. You often don't notice how many evergreens there are until the deciduous trees lose their leaves.
