The Aeropress makes espresso. That's too strong for me. I add hot water to make an "Americano" which means American coffee, only in Italian.
It's taken me 6 days to make a cup of coffee, but my calendar gaps are filled, now. I'm ready to drink it.
@casablanca It's only because I dragged out the process to fill my photo calendar. It's really quite simple.
Pour hot water over the grounds.
Stir.
Wait a minute.
Stir again.
Wait a minute.
Press the coffee through the filter.
Add hot water.
Drink.
Mine is:
pour hot water into cafetiere and mug to warm
pour hot water over coffee grounds
stir
leave for 4 minutes
press the filter down
empty hot water out of mug, now nicely hot
pour coffee in, add milk and drink
Actually, it takes as long to say, if not longer than yours LOL
