While the more photogenic species were playing hard to get, others like this Orange Lacewing were lolling about in front of the camera like brazen hussies begging for their photograph to be taken. People were swatting them out of the way while they tried to get a clear shot of the Ulysses or Cairns Birdwing. "Get out of the way you boring bloody butterfly".
In the end I took pity on this one and took a quick shot - and then stomped on it (I didn't really do that but I was getting pretty pissed off.)
