This garden is full of flowering Vrieseas and is on our left as we walk out our back door.
The garden is about a metre up from "ground" level so I tend to look across it. Most people would look down on it :-)
As with all Broms, once the plant has flowered, it starts to die but hopefully not before it produces a number of pups.
