While doing a bit of cleaning up in our front garden on New Years Day, I came across this carpet python and we then proceeded to play hide and seek for the next couple of hours as I chased him around the garden with the camera.
During our game, some neighbours, one a Scottish couple and then later a Greek couple happened past and it is always quite funny to see some people's, especially those from O/S, reactions to these largely harmless creatures. Despite my assurances that it was not going to leap out of the bush and wrap itself around their head, they would not come within metres of it.
