Rhoda stopped for a breather and a drink under this tree and after a short break, got to her feet and started off again. However she had only gone about a hundred meters or so before she had to stop again.
Holy crap I thought. Now we are in trouble. Where the hell was that last aid station we passed.
But after a much longer break, she declared that she was good to go and off we went. Phew!!!! She reckoned that she just didn't wait long enough the first time to get her heart rate down sufficiently.
