The Outback is noted for its spectacular sunrises and sunsets but up until this point we had not seen one as there had been virtually no clouds
Saw some red in the sky after I got up and grabbed the camera and went out onto the street and was trying to find a suitable vantage point. One of the locals who was out walking came over to me and pointed me in the direction of a bit of a hill that looked out towards the east.
The colours lasted for quite some time and I took many shots. Fantastic.
