Day 15 - Karumba, Gulf Country, NWQ

When I have multiple shots of the same subject, I spend ages arguing with myself as to which one is the best for posting. I know I often get it wrong because most of the times when I post shots to my two albums, it is my second choice (Directors Cut Album) which gets the best reaction.

This is one of the Brolga shots that just missed out yesterday.

I like both shots but I prefer this one out of the two. The brolga stands out more with all the sand. Great capture.

I actually like this one because to me, it looks like the bird has a happy little smile. So it gives the scene lots of personality. The other is beautiful, but not as warm and fuzzy (???) as this one.
