The Corellas Have Taken Over

Day 23 - Thargomindah, Channel Country, SWQ

The light from the late afternoon sun catches a flock of Corellas on the Bulloo River.

There were no Galahs in Thargomindah - their flocks having been replaced by Corellas. Maybe it was because Thargomindah was right on the river. I dunno
wonderful lighting, detail and a great sense of movement Terry:)

They do take over don't they. We never had any on our side of the bay until there was a massive bushfire over at Myall Lakes and they all flew over here and have never returned.
