These are such bright blue! It’s -17 C in my part of Illinois today, so your pictures make me think of summer and smile! It may not be warm here but it is elsewhere in the world!
@365karly1 It's a whole heap (about 50) small balloons that are connected to a hose fitting via a thin plastic tube. Connect to the hose, turn on and voila, in no time you have 50 water filled balloons ready to inflict pain and suffering
