Boab Tree

Taken at Manning Gorge campground in the Kimberley, Western Australia during our trip there last year. The Boab is probably the signature tree of the Kimberley.

Bizarre tree. It is just one tree, right? Can you explain why the Exif date shows that this was taken at 2:16 in the morning? Seems rather light out.
