Dancing Tootles

I have been trying to fit picks of these guys in ever Vince we got to Victoria. Despite the fact that they look like something out of a children story book, they are real ferries and cruise boats that ply the waters of Victoria Harbour doing small cruises and operating as a water taxi. They hold 18 passengers.
They also put on a bit of a show for special days etc and were practicing for a public holiday in BC next week end.
