Day 10 - Emma Gorge Resort Botttle Shop by terryliv

Day 10 - Emma Gorge Resort Botttle Shop

After we got back to the resort from the gorge hike, Nanna went for a Nanna Nap while I went for a bit of a walk out towards the main road.
I think it is quite obvious what this is. Love the Baileys bottle right at the front.

On the map at http://365project.org/terryliv/from-the-archiv/2015-01-06 this is shown as Day 11 and it should be Day 10.

@hermann @gigiflower I don't know really. They are miles from nowhere and obviously there is no garbage collection so they have to do something with their empties. I wouldn't mind betting that they dump them all together here and then, every so often, use an end loader to load them onto a truck where they are taken to a proper dump./recycling facility. In all other respects, they are very environmentally aware so I'd like to give them the benefit of he doubt in this case.

The end of a one-way trip. Nothing much ever leaves these remote places.

You would think that they would put it in a large bin for recycling.I wouldn,t be surprised if they dig a large hole & bury it !!

People who craft with empty wine bottles and the like would go crazy with this stockpile of supplies.
