Day 17 - Civilisation by terryliv

Day 17 - Civilisation

Boo Hiss!!!!! Fence and cattle. On our run into Alice Springs and our first glimpse of civilisation since we left Halls Creek 3 days ago.
West McDonnell ranges in the background.

Don't bother to comment - just telling a story.

We have now left the map at http://365project.org/terryliv/from-the-archiv/2015-01-07 showing our tour up to the start of Day 15.

See the background to this series of postings on the Kimberley at http://365project.org/terryliv/from-the-archiv/2015-01-08

Certainly a change from the sandy track. Looks almost lush, must have had some rain.
