Delayed Christmas Hooping

First hooping after Christmas, we missed the last session of the year due to flooding and TFV.

Teacher brought her lit hoop and as the decorations and tree were still up, lights were turned off and we all had a turn.

Middle picture is me hooping, other two are the teacher.

@jacqbb I can keep going for about 5 - 10 minutes, then I tire!! I can now walk and run whilst hooping, but only a couple of circuits of the room before hoop drops! It's a full body workout, a great laugh and doesn't feel like exercise ( until I ache tomorrow!)

@wakelys if I'd known she was "doing Christmas" I'd have taken Pentax!!
