Our photo club went on a tour of our state capital for photo ops. Driving there was a headache that day because the college in Sacramento was having a Graduation. People were hanging out their car windows buying flowers from street vendors. We were just trying to find parking. First I spotted the wall of plants and then a young man carrying flowers toward the graduation just happened to walk by. No theme this week @shutterbug49
