"This is what you look for"

Instructions for digging onions. My nephew, who runs this part of the farm, is excellent at instructing his clients on how to pick and what to look for. We all got lots of produce!

great documentary shot - have had a chance to look through your album and, as you say, I can see similarities in what we are seeking to achieve. I like the idea of this farm and I am hoping I can follow progress - does it have a website? I share Nova's sentiments but being a coach of young children nothing surprises me anyomore about things I take for granted everyone knows!
