Our local high school football team won the State Championship last night! This is the first time in school history and the first team from our county to ever win a state championship. They got to play in an SEC Stadium (it seats close to 90,000)! Major thrill for everyone!
@thewatersphotos Our school made it to the state finals once that I can remember - in the '90's some time - sleeting and the coldest I've ever been. We lost but were real proud of the boys. The comment heard the most frequently was "Did we watch their game films in slow motion?" Lost to a good team.
