@thewatersphotos Do you know, I have seen it in the supermarket many times and never known what you would do with it or what it tastes like and have never tried! Clearly I ought to give it a go. How do you eat it? Do you like it?
@casablanca :- ) It is a Southern delicacy. Folks eat in different ways. You can pick the pods young and small and pickle them. Some like to boil the whole pods (texture is a little "slimy" for me).
