Remembering...

I stayed away for more than two weeks. Other obligations. But today I am home and took my camera by the memorials set up to remember the 23 who lost their lives in the tornado that came through our community a couple weeks ago. It was a solemn moment as I read the names of the victims, families, children...
Our community has come together, we are working to help, to rebuild, to comfort, to love...and to worship God together in the storm!

A sobering photo. It was a tragedy and unfortunately one that probably couldn't have been avoided. Prayers have been and still are offered up for the families and community as they rebuild.
