Fabulous. I enjoy the Amplified Bible at times too - helps clarify the meaning of words I can't get a hold of in context.

Interesting! Some translations are now getting a bit too vernacular and everyday English. This has its pluses and minuses.

Neat capture! I have a collection of different Bible translations, too. The Message and The Passion Translation stand out to me as quite different, but I love referring to them for broader context. The Word in all its varied translations is food for the soul!
