Our WiFi had been a bit iffy since Christmas - we blamed the same wind that knocked down our laburnum. He arrived five minutes after Dirk left to meet a friend, so I was having to answer ridiculous questions about all the plugs and wires and other fandangly gubbins. It took the guy three hours all together and he had to put another socket in the wall, but (fingers-crossed) it’s working now.
