Lots of baking done before I left for Burgowan - biscuits, fruit cake and patty cakes. The National Seniors group from Gladstone were visiting the Discovery Centre and we were supplying morning tea. Great to catch up with old teaching friends who were travelling with the group.
@sabanford thanks for dropping by. A cup cake, would that be what you call Patty cake...individual serve size cakes cooked in little cup shaped paper cases and then iced.
