@eyesmile Actually no. They had finished for the day. I was intrigued how they suspended all of the equipment from the cranes so it would not be stollen. The traffic hold up was just too many cars trying to go in the same direction, but I am not complaining as it gave me something interesting too shoot for the day.

@jasperc I just reread what I wrote. The ability to write a simple sentence seems to have escaped me, though I am sure the part that amused you was the anti theft suspension of the equipment and hopefully not my pitiful English.
