You are Being Watched!

Another wet and dreary day in Chicagoland, I took this whilst sheltering under my umbrella in the neighboring suburb of Oak Park, just after I had my hair cut. My hair is now a total frizzy mess...oh the things we do for 365. I was hoping someone would wander by to give it more interest, but no luck, and I had no inspiration for anything else.
