Love the contrasts! Really great street shot. Did you scout out the composition and wait for the person on the right to walk through or was it a spontaneous shot?
Thank you @vignouse , with the XT2 rumored to be coming out in June, I am still hoping to get a good deal on an XT1, but until them I am really enjoying my little X70, it is just what I wanted so I would have a great camera with me always.
@vignouse Reminds me of the one about the photographer who was invited to dinner and the host said 'Your photos are excellent.. you must have a very good camera.' On his way out the photographer said to the host, "Thank you,that was an excellent dinner, you must have a very good stove!'
@yrhenwr Now, now David... you're chiding the wrong person. Andie and I have exchanged several times on 'tools for the job' - I was merely confirming here that since she's had a small camera that she's comfortable taking everywhere, we've had the pleasure of seeing some great street shots that might not otherwise have been taken.
@vignouse Chiding? Moi? Richard, I simply saw a good opportunity to share a funny story with someone who might appreciate it! Agree with your comments on Andie's street shots.
@vignouse As for there K1.. the K5 is as big as I want to go with a walk about camera. Also full frame demands top quality lenses and I'm not convinced that my current Pentax lenses are good enough. Now if you would like me to make you an offer for the X100T ... !! :-)
By the way, when are you upgrading to a K1? ;-))
