Market Shopping!

People of Norwich #5

I am a little frustrated with myself, Norwich has a wonderful market teaming with opportunities for street shots, but I find it a bit intimidating to shoot in such a closed space, and have yet to work out my settings and get the courage to get the shot I see in my mind. This shot is taken from above the market looking downwards! AKA me being a chicken!

Don't be too hard on yourself - I think this has worked out really well. I usually tuck myself away at the corner of the counter of one of the little tea stalls and wait to see who walks into my frame.

I think you nailed it, actually. Markets ARE hard! Especially crowded ones. I love the lighting and the way the shopper is framed by the goods.

I like the lighting, drawing us into the shot. I think crowds are hard, especially trying to get a good angle without having someone too close.
