It has been an up and down week as far as the education of Finn is concerned.This is Finn looking pleased with himself because he walked past a man without barking, he has nailed his sit and is ready for his reward! Working on this reaction being more constant than it has been.
Once again I ask you all, if you are considering a dog or cat, please look to your local shelter...there are so many animals that need a forever home!
He is SO focused on you... that's great. This is a compliment to you, as a Brit... At our last visit, I was very impressed with how diligently dog owners worked to train their pups, how well behaved they were and how much it benefitted the dogs. He looks like such a bright boy! :)
His eyes are so intense, they are wonderful! He has a very serious expression, as if to remind you he's worked very very hard, no one can be perfect, and he really is trying. He does look like a charmer -- and go to hear he successfully avoided barking at a man!
Gorgeous boy! This is the look Finlay gives me in an attempt to get a treat! I tell him only if he has been good and done something I have asked but he is always trying it on. You are doing so well with your training. It will be worth all the effort as there is nothing better than a well mannered dog! Fav!
