Another shot of Man in the "Straw Hat" I was surprised to see him sitting here again this week doing the same thing but in heavy rain this time and a different hat.
Great capture. Perhaps he doesn't like to be in enclosed spaces. His hat is like a rain hat and it repels water. His coat looks like it does too.. He may just be a creature of habit.
