Sitting Pretty. by wendyfrost

Sitting Pretty.

These hollyhock flowers are from a tough plant twice I pulled it up and when it regrew I put weed killer on it and it grew again to flower and to be 7 foot tall .What a survivor.

@quietpurplehaze Yes Hazel it is late because I have tried to kill it off 3 times as it is coming up between the slabs. Then I took pity on it and it has rewarded me with late flowers.

Funny, I have a different kind of plant that I also nourished with cruelty and poison and keeps coming back stronger. I call it the Lazarus plant because it won't die.

This is a great combo. Love the softness of the flowers and the ruggedness of the wood. Great idea for a shot.
