Trying out a smart hoop

It’s definitely a different experience but said I would give it a go… I think I prefer my own weighted hoop able to do 30 minutes without dropping… this one fits on your waist so it doesn’t drop but it’s definitely a a knack will use it tomorrow to continue my challenge only 6 days to go 💚💚💚

Goodness that's weird. My hoops aren't weighted, I'm chuffed can now use small one ( hight of my legs) no way I could use one this small.
