funny coincidence there was an article in tonights newspaper about all the spider webs in Bay of Plenty after the flooding, the spiders created huge nets on the long grass out of the reach of the floodwaters looks a lot like this!

i saw it in the field here one tim, but it was all washed away by the time i thought about photographing it. not so creepy, it looks rather beautiful in the sunlight like a veil
