I love the reality of this setting. A glimpse of an old scooter, the wonky A.C units, the shabby galvanised roof and the natural colours. Two things I might have done if I was in your fortunate location at that time, one is slow the shutter speed to give it a sense of movement and/or tried to have captured the young girl within the brightest part of the image. Great shot though and I love the fact you have shot a cool street scene.
