When I decided to do the DofE Diamond award I was unsure what my never done before challenge would be. I searched web-sites for inspiration and did surveys and found my issue is (apparently) commitment.
I was inspired by a site to take,and upload, a photo a day for a month being assured that this is not as easy as first appears (hence my extremely long winded 365 name). I also pledged to walk 50 miles (but not all in one go) and to raise a sum of cash.
The month of photo taking was a challenge, and I'd set myself strict limitations, so I decided to continue and try out a challenge a month and have been fortunate to have some of my offerings shortlisted.
Today my certificate and pin arrived and I couldn't have done it with out my friends, you here on 365 and His support at home.

i have been so impressed with your project, Jackie. Congratulations again on getting your award. As I said before, I have never heard of this award before and find it very interesting. Is the walk part of it? So glad it brought you here and hope you plan to continue on with us.
