Our last postcard exchange was a triumph. It was lovely to get postcards from other 365 project members from all over the world.
A few have asked to go again. I am emailing everyone whose names I have already, but if anyone else would like to make postcards of their own and get some in return please register your interest here!
Basically, everyone emails me their name and address. I then compile a list, so each person gets ten people to send a postcard to. I send these lists of addresses to each of you, then you send a card to each person on your list.
It was fun! Some of the cards were clever, some amusing, and some quite touching.
I wasn't able to participate last year due to the business of our household move but I would love to participate this year now that we are all settled again. Thanks for including me.
I'd love to be part of this again. I received 2 wonderful post cards but wasn't sure what I was suppose to do, or who to send to. I must have missed the information somewhere.
@30pics4jackiesdiamond Definitely your own work, please. I'm not sure it has to be a postcard though. Last time, I made cards with photographs stuck to the front.
@chris667 Perhaps I just missed the e-mail as I was incapacitated for quite a while. Anyway, no problem, glad to be part of this now! My email address is sneyhart@charter.net. Thank you so much for doing this.
Here you go Breia @breiavictoria - when I e-mail Chris @chris667 this weekend I will let him know you would like to participate and that there will be two entries for our home address.
@brett101@breiavictoria the more the merrier! I just need both of your names and your postal address.
Loads of you have just sent your email address. That's fine, but we need to know your postal address too, otherwise no-one will know where to write to you.
Looks like I missed this discussion and missed out this time. I want to thank you again, Chris, for doing this. I so enjoyed participating in the first round. It has to be time consuming for you. It was a delight receiving cards from all over the world, thanks to you!
It's really embarrassing, but I've got a new email provider, and it's got a new webmail interface. It's very hard to keep on top of what's been sent and what isn't. I didn't send the list to a few people.
The upshot of this is, if you both send your details again, I will add you to a current list, and send your addresses to a few new people who were missed when I sent the original lists.
I will just send everyone a letter next time! A paper list would have been 1000 times less hassle.
@dawnee Sent this as an email, but just in case you didn't read it:
Just to reiterate what is written above, in fact in the same message where I asked you to send your address again, I explained my best friend died. I'm not worrying about postcards because I am currently sorting out her will, and making sure HER THREE CHILDREN HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE. This is as an aside to my actually earning any money.
Sorry you're disappointed, but I really don't care about postcards at the minute . Consider yourself removed from the list.
Everyone else: I will get on top of this when I get chance. Thank you for your patience. I may be a while yet. You have Dawn's address, but she doesn't want a postcard and you won't get one from her.
Oh dear I only received a note asking for me to send my email
As I had received a lovely card from @linnypinny .
But had not received a list was concerned tat folks would get cross with no response from me.
Yes I was very disappointed but had no idea of the loss Chris is experiencing currently .
I have asked to be removed but not because of not wanting to hear from anyone .
My apologies to you Chris and to all other 365 ers . @northland gal

hey guys
just curious as I sent off a dozen postcards quite a while ago and only heard from Milanie on a 365 post that she got hers - it would be nice to know if the cards actually made it to their destination with postal services the way they are

I will compile a list.
I'll split us all into groups, and email everyone next week sometime.

I didn't get chance at the weekend, but will email everyone on Wednesday.
Apologies for the delay.
Could you email again?
365projectpostcards@betterbitter.co.uk
I should have sent all the mails now.
Has everyone got a list?

@tskipper I have an email from you. I am on holiday this weekend, but I'll deal with it next week when I'm in front of a computer.
@susie1205 Email me, and we'll sort it out.
Kind regards Dornee
Please give me a few days to get on top of this.
@dawnee please send an email to me, 365project@betterbitter.co.uk I can sort you out.
