Why is it that when we are at work or school time passes slowly and yet when we are free of the office and classroom time passes so quickly?

Forgot to post this yesterday! This flashback is of my son's shadow the other side of a net curtain at his Grandparents' house. Pleased it brought this up, I always liked this one!
